Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Administering NEC3 contracts confidently and accurately.
• Supporting commercial governance, forecasting and risk management activities.
• Managing payments, change control processes and commercial reporting.
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and programme requirements.
• Contributing to the smooth coordination of workstreams within the wider project structure.

• We're interested in commercially driven individuals with strong delivery backgrounds in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• 5+ years' experience in a commercial role.
• Solid NEC3 knowledge and hands-on administration capability.
• Long-term work on a major UK infrastructure programme (minimum 12 months, expected 4+ years).
• Strong NEC3 expertise, confident managing change, contract administration and payments.
