  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Exhibit proficiency in preparing and maintaining mechanical specifications with technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment to industry standards.
  • Have a proven track record in business development, proposal strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience designing HVAC systems (airside and hydronic), with demonstrated leadership on mid to largescale building projects.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or have the ability to obtain one within 6 months of joining.
  • Offer extensive experience in healthcare and/or science/lab environments, with a deep understanding of relevant codes, compliance, and design nuances.
  • Show financial acumen in monitoring budgets, achieving revenue targets, and implementing risk controls.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client engagement, team leadership, and crossdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Excel at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadlinedriven environment.

Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $170,000 to $195,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
