Implement, and oversee a comprehensive framework governance controls and reporting across all projects
Provide mentorship and training to staff to cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence in reporting
Engage with senior management and stakeholders to present findings, insights, and recommendations based on analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives in governance and reporting processes
Managing production of monthly business unit reports and presenting them to the senior leadership team and stakeholder committees
Managing data collection, benchmarking and reporting
Liaising with the central secretariat and governance teams to report on the performance of the hospitality business unit and ensure that the executive leadership is continually updated
Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes and procedures, whilst maintaining the integrity of the business unit through regular reporting
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to evaluate project performance and alignment with organizational goals
Assistance with risk management and reporting
Lead the preparation of insightful project and operational reports that inform management decisions and support strategic planning
Liaising with the internal stakeholders, contractors, designers, suppliers, etc
