In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while developing new business opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor delivering integrated fire, life safety, security, and low‑voltage solutions.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts through upselling and multi‑system solutions.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate pricing proposals aligned with superior customer service.
- Identify customer needs and design tailored system solutions to meet operational and business objectives.
- Conduct presentations, system demonstrations, and consultations to generate new opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and industry events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven success selling integrated fire, security, and low‑voltage solutions, working knowledge of related technologies, an understanding of applicable codes and standards, and at least two years of sales or account management experience in the relevant industries.
- Demonstrated success selling integrated fire, security, and low‑voltage solutions to multiple organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of fire alarm, security, access control, video surveillance, and life safety systems.
- Understanding of applicable codes and standards such as IFC, IBC, NFPA, and CMS.
- Minimum two years of sales, account management, or business development experience in fire alarm, low‑voltage, life safety, or commercial construction.
