Overview
$150 M private placement
Funding for Expansion
Secured significant funding to accelerate PEM electrolyzer R&D and global production expansion.
50 MW capacity
Fuel Cell Installations
Deployed approximately 50 MW of fuel cell capacity across various U.S. sites between 2010–2022.
9.6 MW CHP
Major Energy Project
Installed a large-scale combined heat and power system in Bridgeport, CT, using fuel cells.
  • Born from 1960s Apollo fuel cell heritage (UTC Power) and Doosan Group’s acquisition in 2014, it blends deep space‑age tech with scale‑up industrial muscle.
  • Rebranded in 2022 from Doosan Fuel Cell America, it pivoted to full-spectrum hydrogen solutions, including fuel cells and PEM electrolyzers.
  • Known for the PureCell® M400 PAFC system, which powers the world’s first and largest stationary hydrogen fuel‑cell plant (50 MW in Korea).
  • Successfully deployed ~50 MW (117+ units) of fuel‑cell capacity in the U.S. between 2010–2022 across microgrids, ports, utilities and industrial sites.
  • Piloting mobility and marine powerpacks: PEMFCs for buses, trucks and SOFC propulsion for LNG tankers in partnership with Shell and KSOE.
  • Unusual legacy: its fuel cells once powered the Apollo moon landings and today it’s innovating hydrogen systems from factories to ships.
