- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and technical specifications for roadway, highway, and transit projects.
- Conduct design reviews, constructability assessments, and quality‑control checks.
- Contribute to project reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to improve outcomes.

STV is hiring an Open Roads Engineering Specialist in New Jersey, seeking an experienced OpenRoads Engineer with expertise in Bentley's OpenRoads and OpenBridge to work on transportation infrastructure projects.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering, be an EIT in New Jersey (or obtain certification within six months), have at least two years of transportation engineering experience, be proficient in OpenRoads Designer, and be familiar with AASHTO, FHWA, NJDOT, and NJTA standards as well as MicroStation, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
- EIT in New Jersey (or obtain within six months).
- Minimum two years of transportation engineering experience with focus on roadway design and geometric optimization.
- Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads Designer; strong skills in MicroStation, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AASHTO, FHWA, NJDOT, and NJTA design standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
