Investigates problems and performs repairs on various oil boiler and burner equipment
Resolves issues and concerns with customers in a manner that ensures satisfaction and builds customer loyalty. Provides technical support to customers as required.
Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments
Installation and maintenance of pumps, hoses and nozzles of “on-site” skid tanks, Roth and Granby heating oil tank installation on exterior of house as well as in basement.
Performs preventative maintenance and cleanings of oil burner systems and ensures mechanical systems are running at peak efficiency by inspecting equipment for operating efficiency and safety standards.
Maintains records of work performed by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, duration and parts and material used. Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Performs tasks as required.
Responds to emergency situations and resolves immediate safety concerns.
