Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and 1‑2 years of relevant experience, along with at least three years of multi‑family property management experience. Strong leadership, teamwork, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management software are essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.
The position may involve extended periods of desk work, occasional stair climbing, and the ability to lift files or supplies up to 20 pounds. Work is primarily conducted in an on‑site office, though occasional outdoor exposure to elements and a noisy, bright environment may occur.
