

Provides electrical testing, maintenance, and repair services to various industries.
The primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed assigned revenue goals. The manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across designated territories while maintaining and expanding existing accounts through regular site visits, account reviews, and high‑level customer service. Coordination with engineering and operations teams, preparation of technical proposals, and representation of Shermco at trade shows and conferences are also essential.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or possess an equivalent blend of education and experience, and have at least three years of B2B outside‑sales experience in engineering, industrial, or electrical‑power sectors. Preferred experience includes electrical testing, maintenance, field services (480 VAC to 345 kV), power‑engineering projects, and a proven record of achieving multi‑million‑dollar sales targets. Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be able to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and travel overnight up to 20 % of the time. Successful candidates will also need to pass a background check, drug test, and fit‑for‑duty examination, and be fluent in written and spoken English.
