We are seeking a design‑oriented Project Architect for our Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio offices. The role requires strong technical, conceptual, visual, and communication skills to lead interdisciplinary teams through design, documentation, and construction phases. You will act as a design leader both on projects and within the practice culture.

Relocation is not available for this position, and occasional travel may be required; a valid U.S. driver’s license is mandatory.

BA/BS in Architecture with six years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
Knowledge of building systems, materials, and local building codes
Proficiency in Revit; 3D modeling skills in Sketchup and/or Rhino
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to produce design intent renderings and concept diagrams
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Licensed architect or steps toward licensure (preferably Ohio)
LEED Accredited Professional certification
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, open office environment
Diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
