Equipment Maintenance Manager, Infrastructure & Facilities

Description

• Direct and develop maintenance, infrastructure, and sustaining engineering teams to ensure reliable plant operation and technical excellence
• Oversee infrastructure systems including power distribution, compressed air, HVAC, process utilities, and building maintenance
• Support sustaining engineering efforts to enhance equipment design, process capability, and manufacturability
• Drive standardization of maintenance procedures, documentation, and spare parts management through CMMS systems
• Build technical capability within teams through training, mentoring, and succession planning
• Lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and throughput
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, capital planning, and cost-control strategies
• Champion root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and maintenance costs
• Partner closely with Production, EHS, and Quality to meet manufacturing objectives while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance
• Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure expansion

Requirements

• Experienced in capital project management, cross-functional leadership, and delivering sustainable operational improvements
• Proven track record implementing reliability engineering, TPM, and lean manufacturing principles to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
• Experience with an asset maintenance scheduling software is a plus
• Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, utilities, facilities infrastructure, and environmental control systems
• Ability to bring a proactive and reliability based approach towards equipment maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of equipment maintenance best practices, with proven success improving yield, repeatability, and cost efficiency through structured continuous improvement
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments
