Direct and develop maintenance, infrastructure, and sustaining engineering teams to ensure reliable plant operation and technical excellence
Oversee infrastructure systems including power distribution, compressed air, HVAC, process utilities, and building maintenance
Support sustaining engineering efforts to enhance equipment design, process capability, and manufacturability
Drive standardization of maintenance procedures, documentation, and spare parts management through CMMS systems
Build technical capability within teams through training, mentoring, and succession planning
Lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and throughput
Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, capital planning, and cost-control strategies
Champion root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and maintenance costs
Partner closely with Production, EHS, and Quality to meet manufacturing objectives while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance
Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure expansion

Deep understanding of equipment maintenance best practices, with proven success improving yield, repeatability, and cost efficiency through structured continuous improvement
10+ years of progressive experience leading maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments
