The right person needs to manage the internal document systems and ensure that all documents are filed correctly, that they are up to date and the latest version. To ensure that all documents are distributed in accordance with the PMP.

Archiving historical documentation
Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on central document management system
Produce weekly report of information logged and circulate
Completion, maintenance, and monitoring of records
Ensure proper records maintained for document distribution
Act as Criterion Capitals point of contact for all drawing and document control issues
Review and control of document management protocols
Visiting site to assist team members with using the document control systems
Archive superseded documents

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore
Excellent communication skills with Clients, Professional Teams, Team Members, and Supply Chain.
Ability to lead meetings to review project information.
Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience with document controlling within construction
Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Work well as part of a team and independently, using initiative.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
