Blue Fox Consult is representing one of the most specialist delivery teams in the mission-critical sector, seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Manchester.

This is open to Intermediate or Senior level.

Strong experience in HV / electrical quantity surveying on data centres, utilities, or large industrial projects
Pathway to Commercial Lead / Regional Manager as the UK portfolio expands
Proven track record managing multimillion-pound packages
UK work rights and relevant qualifications (RICS preferred)
Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
