  • Provide regular product updates and regular reporting and insights.
  • Assisting with asset creation.
  • Support other areas such as producing content in our buildings or capturing content from key activities within the buildings.
  • Gathering content from resident ambassadors, and wider marketing campaigns.

  • Professional experience in adapting quickly and effectively to last-minute changes, while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in IT and online web-based tools, with intermediate skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Have a high standard of English (written and oral).
