The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and hands‑on collaborator, aligning people strategies with business goals. The role emphasizes internal mobility, employee development, and organizational effectiveness, requiring deep business insight, strong HR expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, have at least five years of HRBP experience, and possess an HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR. Required skills include knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, excellent communication, relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A valid California driver’s license, insurance, and a commitment to MidPen’s mission are also required.
