  • Utilize internet resources (internal recruiting database, LinkedIn, etc.) to research and find candidates and create sourcing (call) plans for the ERG recruiting team.
  • Schedule calls and interviews for recruiters.
  • Add to and maintain candidate database.
  • Send out emails, check references as needed, and handle paperwork (e.g., Candidate Data Sheet, Bio links, Position Profiles, etc.)
  • Assist with internal IT functionality- installing and maintaining computer systems and software, providing one-on-one technical assistance to staff as needed.
  • Use unique and creative sourcing strategies to uncover nontraditional sources for qualified talent utilizing internal tools.

Employment Resource Group, Inc. (ERG) is looking for a talented professional to join our energetic team to assist the recruiting team in finding the best talent for our clients, while also working on basic office admin duties. Astounding internet-sleuthing skills are preferred, but we can train!

  • Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset.
  • Experience in basic to complex computer searches and understanding of various social media channels.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, marketing, or related fields, or relatable experience.
  • Time management skills, able to set daily, weekly goals and priorities, schedule daily events.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in Construction and Manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
