To drive data-informed business decisions and optimize product performance by delivering strategic analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across the GWM Division. This role supports sales and after-sales operations by enhancing processes, aligning product strategies with market demands, and ensuring efficient execution of vehicle product lifecycle initiatives.

  • Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and customer insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform Gap analysis and impact assessment on existing systems and processes.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and real-time performance monitoring reports for actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for current and upcoming vehicle models to ensure strategic alignment with market demand.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management to support strategic decisions.
  • Support pricing strategies through competitor benchmarking and market data analysis.
  • Support the after-sales team with product-specific training, documentation, and materials to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Liaise with the brand’s headquarters to communicate local market needs, customer insights, and performance feedback, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Monitor product performance, including sales volumes, market share, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in CRM optimization to improve customer retention, lead conversions loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and ensure the dealership stays ahead of competitors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or Postgraduate degree (Preferred).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
