• Expense Analysis: Analyze and dissect IT expenses, identifying trends, patterns, and
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and
• Financial Reporting: As requested, prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and

• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and
• Monitor expense activities from initial request to invoice payment for the DI IT DEX organization.
• Budget Lifecycle: Assist the IT FinOps team in creation and tracking of IT budgets for
• Invoice and payment submissions.
• Participate in audits of purchases to identify cost savings, resulting in either OPW savings or DI IT

Requirements

• Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills (Written and verbal) with English language proficiency and
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management databases, asset
• Proven experience and training in financial analysis and budget management, preferably in the IT
• 5+ Years’ experience in an IT Financial/Procurement role
• Expertise in use of Excel: Pivot tables, Graphing/charting, Formulas
• Experience building dashboards for internal reporting and consumption by cost center managers
• 5+ Years’ experience working with Siemens Asset Management and Procurement Systems
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management.
• Familiarity and experience using business intelligence reporting tools (QlikView, MS Power BI,
• Familiarity with IT products and service providers for cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
