- Update cash flow for projects by reviewing financial statements, bank statements, and activity to accurately allocate quarterly partnership distributions.
- Conduct research and asset evaluation necessary to reach investors and other members of our target audience.
- Assist in the creation of investment memorandums.
- Provide financial modeling and analysis in Excel and ARGUS for deal metrics and performance.
- Update original budgets to actual budgets.
- Calculate NOI, DSR, IRR and EM and set up waterfall/promote structure for deals.
- Ensure proper modeling for banks.
