-Design fastened joints and develop torque specifications -Manage change processes (CN, EBOM/CODEP) and issue tracking (GIMs) -Build support experience at OEM and supplier facilities -Ensure vehicle packaging compliance and drawing/model integrity -Coordinate validation and testing with cross-functional teams (NVH, Dynamics, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, CAE) -Support builds at OEM assembly and supplier plants -Lead component design using FMEA and CAE tools -Design, develop, and release powertrain, differential, EDM, and cradle mounts from concept to vehicle launch -Oversee component validation (DVP&R)
