- Raise red flags proactively in case of potential delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and action items.
- Coordinate with respective teams to ensure all necessary actions are undertaken to meet regulatory obligations and keep track of applications for regulatory and statutory approvals.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, including contracts, approvals, drawings, and statutory clearances.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards for tracking project progress. Support IT/digital team in preparing project related dashboards or tools.
- Ensure data accuracy in MIS systems by regularly updating and validating information shared from different teams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using MIS tools and dashboards.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal departments (engineering, finance, techno-commercial, site teams etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants) to ensure alignment and timely execution of project activities.
