- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low, medium, and high‑voltage electrical equipment per NETA standards.
- Conduct commissioning of new and upgraded power systems.
- Test and calibrate protective relays, transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
- Use diagnostic tools such as power quality analyzers, insulation resistance testers, and thermal imaging equipment.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to verify system functionality.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports with findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project success.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and team members.
- Travel to client sites, often on short notice, and operate in various field environments.

The company seeks multiple NETA‑certified engineers to perform testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high‑voltage equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and protective relays, while working in a fast‑paced field environment.
- Hold NETA Level II, III, or IV certification (required).
- Possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or related field (preferred).
- Bring at least three years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical theory, power systems, and standards (IEEE, ANSI, NFPA 70E).
- Experience with relay protection schemes and control systems.
- Proficiency with test equipment such as Doble, Megger, Omicron, or equivalents.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse field conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
