The Role

Overview

Assist with transportation engineering studies, designs, drafting, and project support.

Tasks

-Preparation of engineering analysis, designs, and calculations for roadway systems and other transportation related structures, including calculations and cost estimating -Participate in proposal and report writing. -Prepare technical specifications. -Assist with layout and drawings with other design team members.

What You Bring

-0 to 4 years of experience performing the essential duties listed above. -Effective written and verbal communication skills. -Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. -Willingness to learn, grow, innovate, and be mentored. -Skilled in the use of computers for AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required. -E.I.T. Certification; or ability to get it within 6 months. -Ability to gather, organize and analyze engineering data. -Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices. -Ability to work effectively as a member of an engineering team.
