- Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on commercial heating and cooling systems—everything from centrifugal compressors and steam turbines to screw chillers.
- Be a trusted technical advisor to our customers—offer solutions, quotes, and insight to ensure maximum system efficiency and reliability.

- A skilled mechanic with 3-5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers—explaining the problem, root cause, and resolution.
- Technically proficient in mechanical alignment and vibration diagnostics.
- Willing to travel 10–20% as needed and join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
- Capable of working on pumps, fans, towers, chillers, boilers, compressors, and hydrocarbon/ammonia systems.
- Holds a Universal EPA refrigerants license.
