Develop, maintain, and update project budgets and forecasts using tools such as MS, Excel and Foundation (Company owned ERP system).
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Support change management processes, including tracking change orders and assessing cost and budget impacts.
Track and analyze project costs, budgets, and forecasts, support monthly cost reporting and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations.

Proficiency in scheduling and cost control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3–7 years of experience in project controls, preferably in solar or renewable energy construction.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with utility-scale solar projects.
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical scopes of work in solar projects (e.g., racking, modules, inverters, cabling).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
Exposure to construction field operations and project execution.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
