Tasks

-Develop, maintain, and update project budgets and forecasts using tools such as MS, Excel and Foundation (Company owned ERP system). -Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies. -Support change management processes, including tracking change orders and assessing cost and budget impacts. -Track and analyze project costs, budgets, and forecasts, support monthly cost reporting and variance analysis. -Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and contractual requirements. -Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables. -Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in scheduling and cost control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, etc.). -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -3–7 years of experience in project controls, preferably in solar or renewable energy construction. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Experience with utility-scale solar projects. -Familiarity with mechanical and electrical scopes of work in solar projects (e.g., racking, modules, inverters, cabling). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. -Exposure to construction field operations and project execution. -Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
