The Training Consultant is responsible for developing and overseeing all training and development for the hourly workforce at the 388,000‑square‑foot Grenada, MS facility, which employs over 700 people and serves as the foundation of ADP’s HVAC business. As ADP continues to invest in this operation, the consultant will support Grenada’s mission by designing and implementing workforce training and ensuring a great place to work.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and is entry‑level. Candidates must understand adult‑learning techniques, conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under close supervision are also essential.
Compensation for this exempt, salaried position ranges from $46,000 to $57,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus and no overtime.
