The Role
Overview
Support Vancouver commercial brokers with coordination, docs, marketing, and client liaison.

Tasks
-Prepare research reports and charts using various sources (MLS, SiteSolutions, Autoprop, vacancies, etc.) -Research and prepare market surveys -Assist with all aspects of relationship management with clients and required reporting -Organize and prepare transaction documents i.e. confidentiality agreements, offers, listing agreements, closing documents, trade records, etc. -Organize and implement listing and team marketing strategies including management of team’s social media communication -Coordinate marketing programs for listings and design materials suitable for digital marketing campaigns -Coordinate and manage agents’ deadlines, meetings, tasks and client interactions -Coordinate property tours and create tour packages -Create listing proposals and pitches including writing, editing, formatting -Coordinate client activity for specific accounts and transactions -Maintenance and administration of various databases; updating relevant transaction information as required -Abstract leases and prepare proposals with direction from team -Perform general clerical tasks, including but not limited to data entering, photocopying, filing, telephone calls, archiving, organizing couriers, mailings, etc. -Provide any other administrative tasks required by C&W to facilitate the transaction of C&W real estate business -Field phone and e-mail inquiries from prospects, clients and other brokers -Compile property information and market data for listing proposals and opinions of value including title searches, zoning/planning reports, MPAC, etc.

What You Bring
-Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail -Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce a plus -Proficiency in Adobe applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat a plus -Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners -Previous real estate experience in a commercial real estate organization (min 1 yr experience) -Proofreading and limited copy writing -Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful -A strong command of grammar and writing skills for the purpose of proof reading and editing -Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mandatory -College or University degree strongly preferred -Real Estate license an asset, but not necessary -Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment -Strong skill sets in electronic marketing (Twitter, LinkedIn, email marketing) -Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
