Assistant Project Manager - Saudi National

Description

• Assist the project team in delivering objectives according to the Project Plan.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and wellbeing standards throughout the project.
• Manage and monitor quality systems in line with Service Excellence.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and analysis, including site walk observations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on risk management and mitigation.
• Track and formalise project changes within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare handover documentation before practical completion.
• Conduct required research and information gathering.
• Update and maintain project plans, processes and procedures under direction.
• Utilise the Centre of Excellence knowledge base, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub for best practices.
• Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions during delivery.
• Prioritise safety, ensuring a safe, diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Deliver quality outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.
• Foster continuous improvement and create opportunities for personal and team development.

This role offers the chance to work on the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme and requires high‑calibre, experienced professionals to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

• Understand business priorities across Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and responsible business.
• Hold a valid Saudi Arabia work visa and relevant experience on high‑value projects for a project‑management consultancy.
• Possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
