- Lead a traffic team through traffic forecasting, analysis, and design projects.
- Conduct operational traffic analysis using Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and VISSIM for intersections, roundabouts, urban arterials, and freeway segments.
- Perform complex traffic engineering tasks and apply sound engineering judgment.
- Prepare comprehensive traffic impact analysis reports and technical documentation.
- Make decisions on design and engineering procedures for mid‑ to large‑scale projects.
- Manage multiple traffic tasks and projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Produce clear construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers.
- Work cooperatively with cross‑functional team members.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Bring 15+ years of traffic analysis and engineering design experience.
- Demonstrate hands‑on proficiency with Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and/or VISSIM.
- Exhibit excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask across many concurrent projects.
