The Community Manager will oversee all business operations at one of our apartment communities. The successful candidate will possess strong resident‑relations and interpersonal skills and will have the ability to communicate effectively, take charge, lead, train, be dependable, professional, and a team player.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 1‑2 years of relevant experience, combined with at least 3 years of multi‑family property‑management experience. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and property‑management software, and a current, valid driver’s license.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods, climb stairs, read documents and screens, hear verbal communications, and occasionally lift or carry items up to 20 lb. The work environment is primarily on‑site in an office setting, though occasional outdoor exposure and an open office with bright lights, noise, and distractions are expected.
