Key duties include administering and optimizing the autonomous haulage and fleet management systems, supervising on‑site vendor resources, providing technical leadership on shift, and acting as the single point of contact during system outage investigations. The advisor will also serve as a technical liaison for end‑to‑end troubleshooting, champion equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement through system configuration and optimization.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, or a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience. Strong technical expertise in mine systems is required, with specialized knowledge in at least one area such as Mine Applications, Networking, Field Hardware, or SQL databases, and a proven ability to lead collaborative teams while maintaining a safety‑first mindset.
The position follows a 7‑day on / 7‑day off / 7‑night on / 7‑night off rotation (Wednesday to Tuesday).
