Carry out inspections and maintain records of same utilizing our bespoke site inspection and document management software.
Attend site and design team meetings as and when necessary.
Plan and oversee the implementation of the Inspection Plan during Construction while in consultation with the members of the design team.
Liaise with the relevant Building Control Authority as and when necessary.
Work on meaningful projects that impact communities globally.
Prepare project specific Preliminary Inspection Plans and Inspection Plans as Implemented.
Conduct & complete site inspections and reports including photographs in support of construction Period services.
Network regularly promoting the business, cross-selling and building new contacts and enhancing client relationships; resolves issues promptly.

Good analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative.
University Degree or equivalent to any of the following: Construction Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture.
Professional Accreditation or Intent on developing accreditation in one of Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture, Registered Building Surveyor SCSI, RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland), Engineers Ireland, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Extensive technical knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Control Regulations.
IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Holds a valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English.
