Minimum of 15 years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector.
Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
Experience with OpenBuildings, Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation is also a plus.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Remain current in codes and technologies appropriate to the architecture discipline including IBC, NFPA, etc.
Registered Licensed Architect in the State of New York.
