  • Represent Frontier at preconstruction meetings, site visits, and planning sessions to secure joint trench participation.
  • Support permit acquisition, workprint reviews, and engineering coordination for joint trench builds.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and city planning departments.
  • Anticipate risks or conflicts in construction activities; escalate and resolve proactively.
  • Partner with engineering, permitting, construction, sales, and MDU teams to align timelines and resource needs.
  • Monitor market and development trends to inform Frontier’s investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Participate in weekly triage and status meetings to ensure cross-functional progress and accountability.
  • Coordinate conduit delivery, trenching schedules, and on-site logistics with contractors and builders.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker of development opportunities, timelines, and key contacts.
  • Scout and qualify greenfield residential and mixed-use developments through permitting activity, site plans, and direct outreach.
  • Advocate for Frontier’s interests while ensuring alignment with external stakeholders.
  • Provide local intelligence to inform long-term fiber expansion strategy.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Texas to maintain visibility and presence with stakeholders.
  • Experience with permitting systems, site plans, and project trackers is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of greenfield subdivision development cycles, fiber deployment, and joint trenching practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently in the field with minimal oversight.
  • Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple developments simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence external partners.
  • 3+ years of experience in land development, telecom, utilities, construction coordination, or municipal planning.
