- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager schema and modules.
- Background or understanding of finance concepts.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and validation techniques.
- Exposure to real estate or property management domains.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Ongoing learning and development in real estate technology and enterprise systems.
- Experience in Yardi Voyager implementations in a techno-functional capacity (2–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
