In this role you will lead and run engineering components of complex, major dam projects, providing technical and strategic direction. You will mentor a growing team of engineers, guide design teams from options‑analysis through detailed design, and create lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering outcomes in the dam industry, strong technical capability, a passion for mentoring, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relationship‑building with internal stakeholders, clients and local industry is essential, as is a relevant tertiary engineering degree.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in the dam industry with strong technical capability.
- Passion for mentoring and leadership, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships across projects, client initiatives and industry associations.
- Hold a relevant tertiary engineering degree (essential).
- Positions based in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth or Melbourne (hybrid model).
