10 years of experience in the construction materials industry, with 5 years in a leadership role
Experience with labour relations and working in a multi-union environment considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Regular travel to our Langley site
Deep understanding of the construction materials industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Strong financial and business acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental excellence with experience leading related programs and policies
