In this leadership position, you will guide the Right of Way team, coordinating with agents, engineers, clients, and other disciplines to deliver transportation, energy, or utility projects on schedule and within budget. You will also be responsible for training staff and managing the team's workload.

- Manage daily assignments, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Review staff work for quality assurance and conduct on‑site assessments with Field Agents.
- Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify challenges, develop solutions, and oversee timesheet reviews and employee evaluations.
- Build relationships with internal leaders, peers, and external clients to drive business development.

The role primarily takes place in an indoor office setting, with occasional local travel, some overnight trips, and occasional lifting or moving of items up to 20 pounds. Standard office equipment and mobility around the workspace are required.
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and external partners.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving attitude, urgency, and commitment to quality.
- Manage multiple time‑sensitive tasks and understand basic financial metrics.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent Right of Way experience; 5+ years in land acquisition or related field.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in Right of Way preferred.
- Knowledge of acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence, public relations, and regulatory issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems; able to read design plans and profiles.
- Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to obtain a real estate license within 90 days if required.
- Bilingual abilities considered an asset.
