Maintain content on learning platforms and proactively raise red flags by running learning objective related diagnostics.
Monitor learning outcomes and implement proactive corrective actions as needed.
Create and publish Pathways and Journeys by curating content from open sources such as YouTube and internal sources such as the LMS.
Manage budget, assessment processes, and review of purchased content.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), L&D partners, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content.
Run quality checks before publishing to LMS or mobile platforms.
Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials that align with the organization’s goals.
Create engaging instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
Work with emerging technologies such as AR/VR and Generative AI to prototype and deploy immersive learning experiences, aligned to workforce needs.
Determine the appropriate number of learning hours and assess alternative content sources.
Plan and coordinate learning deployment across the organization.
Conduct learning workshops periodically to address operational requirements.
Develop a content strategy by mixing various content sources (internal, external) and types (micro, macro learning).
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
Translate subject matter input into structured learning content using ID models.
Problem solving, query resolution, user assistance, content admin support, coordinating with third party content providers.
Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, etc. to create digital content. Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation.

Social Awareness
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ID models such as ADDIE, SAM, etc. Hands-on experience with authoring tools.
Capability Building
Storyboarding, Web-based and Instructor-Led Training.
Experience: Between 6 and 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Instructional Design (ID) will be an advantage.
