Description

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to presenting candidates.
• Collaborate with managers on job specifications and candidate requirements.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Train managers on interview techniques and assessment tools.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates.
• Implement sourcing methods for high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Promote the employer brand and ensure a strong online presence.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and manage a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads on recruitment needs and talent development.
• Provide updates on recruitment status and identify improvement areas.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in high-growth industries or global recruiting.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to hiring.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
