Use company software to input testing results. All work completed on iPads, some minimal technology skills needed
Analysis and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems including Ground-Faults, Shorts, Wire Integrity, Termination, Panel, Fuses, Battery Testing and much more
Interact with clients, field personnel and fire marshals
Help grow the Fire Alarm Division in Corpus Christi. New installation sales in place, need local presence to take care of quick hitting and smaller opportunities with local contractors and customers
Test and Inspection of all types of sprinkler systems, makes and models. Able to complete inspections per NFPA 25 and other standards
Self-contained unit responsible for finding opportunities, generating value proposals, completing the work on some occasions, scheduling, invoicing and managing these projects start to finish
Complete final reports, deficiency reports and possible bids via a computer and/or tablet
Complete basic repairs and installations including moves, adds, relocates for all types of systems and devices
Utilize Manager/Designers on staff and drive project through completion

Manufactures certifications are preferred but not required (EST, Gamewell, FCI, Notifier, Honeywell, Simplex, Siemens, Radionics)
FAL License or RME-I license with the State of Texas required
Minimum of two years of service or install experience is required
Possess an understanding of expenses and scheduling
Program dialers for monitoring. Phone line traditional and cell phone monitoring skills needed
Test and Inspection of all different types of low voltage systems, makes and models. Able to complete test and inspections per NFPA72 and other standards
Hold a valid driver's license; In accordance with Company Policy
Able to tag systems using current FAL or RME- I License with the State of Texas
Field installation experience is a plus
Help grow the business. When slow, be capable of seeking opportunities with existing and new companies. Sales training, business cards, other will be provided
Solid knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 25, Factory Mutual and applicable codes is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background and reference check
