Engineering Intern

Description

• Interns will assist lab testing and setting up of units.
• Assist in launch planning of a new product category
• Interns will assist with new product introduction
• Contributing Respectfully - Sharing opinions, valuing ideas, sharing opposing perspectives with respect
• Assist with development of technical literature for field application.
• Interns will assist with Sustainability work of existing product line.
• Assist engineers with daily activities in R&D
• Assist in Regulatory and data analysis as needed

Requirements

• Strong planning skills
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles (thermodynamics, statics, or electronics)
• Learn how to manage technical data per engineers’ request
• Good presentation skills
• Interest or experience in design
• Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
• Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior class standing with a college or university.
