- Reviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve performance
- Supervising construction and commissioning contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams
- Working closely alongside the HSE team to reinforce safety standards & ensure KPI’s and compliance is met as required
- Reporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent
- Ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work
- Providing support to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reporting
- Ensuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirements
- Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedules
- Generating work packages, assigning tasks, and supervising resources

PARC Engineering is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for an ongoing FIFO 2/1 roster with immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor on a high-profile resources project, overseeing electrical construction and commissioning activities in a dynamic site environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale mining construction projects
- Construction Induction Card
- Current LVR/CPR & First Aid
- S26 Statutory Supervisor certificate
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- BHP inductions - highly desirable
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- WA Grade A Electrical Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
