- Have at least 4 years of relevant engineering design experience.
- Hold a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or be able to obtain one within 12 months.
- Proficient with site civil design, permitting, and software such as hydrology modeling, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Skilled in task management, concept design, and supporting project management tasks.
- Experience coordinating with clients, attending meetings, and overseeing quality standards.
- Ability to create plan sets and other construction documents.
- Design background covering utilities, site layout, drainage, due diligence, and permitting.
