- Lead root cause problem‑solving activities to improve internal and external quality levels.
- Perform process validations, in‑process inspections, and quality monitoring of manufacturing processes and products.
- Support design, manufacturing, and quality engineering through data collection, analysis, product reviews, and process capability assessments.
- Develop and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) objectives and train personnel on QMS standards.
- Conduct internal ISO audits and provide audit support.
- Prepare formal First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for customers and internal use.
- Select and use appropriate measuring tools to verify dimensional and functional requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Supply, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Quality, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Logistics.
- Lead or assist in maintaining calibration status of inspection, test, and measurement equipment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of quality experience.
- American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints; GD&T knowledge a plus.
- Experience with precision metal fabrication measurement tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of charting and process control methods.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred.

Compensation is transparent, with an hourly range of $20.40 to $37.80 based on location, experience and performance, and may include annual incentives.
