Responsible for strategic outcomes and KPIs within portfolio, owning the delivery of strategic objectives.
Oversees and promotes effective relationships externally with all clients, suppliers, partners and internally across the business.
Managing the overall delivery of strategy, objectives and all projects for a business unit (typically covering small to medium sized business unit portfolios) in the consult business, in line with overall Mace strategy and priorities.
Identifying, managing and mitigating business risks across the market and portfolio; highlighting high levels of risk to Regional Hub Manage.

Member of consult business senior leadership team, inputs into and influences business unit portfolio in line with overall Consult business strategy, direction and objectives.
Collaborates and partners with others across the business and identifies and promotes cross selling opportunities within the wider Mace business, driving and promoting business development, including building and developing productive relationships across the business and with clients.
Provides executive leadership and direction across the business unit and across the business, supporting and mentoring senior leadership including succession planning, onboarding, training and diversity planning.
Focuses on client satisfaction and delivers service excellence for external and internal clients.
Provides leadership, direction and guidance to others, leading others effectively, coaches and supports other to reach their full potential.
Champions the use of new technology, helps/guides others to adapt.
Represents Mace and the consult business unit, manages and influences key C-Suite and senior external relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, supply chain and relevant government/regulatory bodies.
Champions innovation and thought leadership in strategy, business planning and service delivery advocating new ideas, ways of working and efficiencies.
Persuades, influences, advises and collaborates with others successfully towards a desired course of action and/or to reach consensus.
Delivery of annual financial and operating targets for the Consult business unit (including KPIs, OKDs and business outcomes), Manages effective cost management, ensuring budgets are met and utilises data and analysis to drive continuous business improvements. Monitors progress on business unit portfolio objectives and deliverables.

Drives the strategic implementation of new and innovative technologies to achieve objectives.
Oversees the implementation of service excellence ensuring it is implemented, measured and monitored across the market and portfolio.
