Produce and coordinate construction drawings with multiple disciplines utilizing MicroStation software.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and lead plan development while coordinating and mentoring other technical staff.
Work effectively in an empowered team environment with engineers and project managers to develop designs and concept drawings into accurate and complete construction documents.
Assist with construction administration tasks, including shop drawing review and occasional construction site visits.
Work from engineering sketches and calculations in developing preliminary and final plans, quantities and cost estimates for bridges in Wisconsin and neighboring states

Experience in highway design and construction of WisDOT projects
Previous experience on DOT projects
Experience doing total design experience with some of that experience being in Bridge design

Working proficiency using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other applicable civil design software
Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States
