The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Manager and interacts directly with prospective and current residents by marketing, showing, and leasing apartments. The role represents the company by responding courteously and promptly to applicants and residents regarding leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
The Leasing Consultant may be required to assist in special projects or activities designated by the company, such as due diligence, property acquisition or disposition, and participation in company‑sponsored committees, especially in the absence of the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
