Assists in determining vertical transportation requirements using knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Assists in managing changes in schedule and changes in scope.
Assists self-perform groups in LDR reviews and ensures that LDRs are completed regularly and uses LDRs to project gains/losses.
Manages documentation related to OSHA and city permitting process.
Evaluates all hoisting requirements for the job, with minimal Superintendent involvement.
Monitors and enforces the QA/QC program and oversees execution of the Webcor Punch List Program.
Successfully interfaces with clients, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, project management and design teams.
Promotes safety and site cleanliness on job site and implements, enforces, and effectively manages Webcor’s safety policy and procedures.
Manages daily logs.
Provides detailed coordinated breakdown of subcontractor's daily work activities and distributes to subcontractors on a weekly basis.
Assists in organization and layout project site logistics.
Leads, develops and mentors more junior staff. Provides timely, regular feedback.
Assists in the management of the day-to-day field operations of assigned project(s) including planning, coordinating, and sequencing work’ materials procurement; and supervising subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget while adhering to Webcor’s high quality standards.
Assists in ensuring required inspections are scheduled, coordinated, and performed, tracked, and closed out.

Working knowledge of different construction systems and understands the interaction between those systems.
Possesses awareness, ability, and humility to escalate issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
Typically, four years of relevant field or office construction experience as a Specialist or Project Engineer
Understanding of the triggers or sequence of start of work.
Understands, comprehends, and follows subcontracts.
Working knowledge of Division 1 requirements preferred.
Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
Ability to understand and read drawings and specifications.
Working knowledge of materials, equipment and techniques of design and construction, including self- performed work.
Working knowledge and understanding the sequencing of work. Ability to create short interval schedules and plan the work.
Advanced ability to write complete daily reports, ensuring all issues are noted and progress is tracked.
Intermediate computer knowledge and the ability to learn construction management related computer programs such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheet and Procore.
OSHA 30 certification required (or any certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, such as STSC or CHST); CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training completion required. If not already certified, Webcor will provide training.
Working level decision quality and use of sound judgement.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to plan ahead.
Ability to hold themselves accountable for the needs of each phase of the project.
Working level customer focus and the ability to work cohesively with others.
