Part Time Leasing Consultant

Description

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

• Show, qualify, tour prospective residents and process lease agreements.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, and support unit turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Apply sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed leasing goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints and requests.
• Develop resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters.
• Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit.
• Assist with annual marketing plan implementation and ongoing market analysis.
• Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold community image.
• Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and working varied weather conditions, overtime, and weekends.

Requirements

• Require high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of on‑site software, Fair Housing, and OSHA.

Benefits
